JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst oversees the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, from evaluation and onboarding to contract structuring, compliance, KPI design, and performance optimization. This role serves as a critical connector between partner activity and business outcomes, using advanced analytics and cross‑functional collaboration to maximize efficiency, scale high‑value contributors, and ensure impeccable governance. They demonstrate strong judgment, commercial fluency, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Affiliate Program Ownership
  • Lead day‑to‑day oversight of a large, diverse portfolio of affiliate partners across the U.S. and Ontario.
  • Act as the primary strategic and operational relationship owner—managing onboarding, contracting, workflow design, tracking, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Enforce rigorous compliance and governance standards, with zero tolerance for risk‑generating behavior.
  • Continuously monitor partner activity and proactively escalate concerns (traffic quality issues, fraud indicators, incentives, misaligned messaging, etc.).

Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Build, refine, and manage KPI frameworks across partners, states, and products (CPA, CPL, ROAS, margin impact, conversion funnels, payback, LTV).
  • Develop data‑driven recommendations for commission structures, deal constructs, and partner tiering based on performance and market conditions.
  • Analyze traffic quality, customer conversion, deposit behavior, and long‑term value to optimize partner mix and channel efficiency.
  • Deliver weekly insights to Acquisition Leadership, Finance, Analytics, and Performance Marketing.

Strategic Planning & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work as an integrated member of the Performance Marketing organization—adapting affiliate strategy to maintain optimal channel efficiency.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Product to ensure scalable, responsible, audit‑ready program operations.
  • Support quarterly planning and forecasting with data‑driven, scenario‑based perspectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including partner expansion, new commercial models, differentiated state‑level strategies, and testing roadmaps.

Executive-Ready Communication

  • Develop clear, concise, insight‑driven narratives for weekly business reviews, monthly performance reads, and ad‑hoc executive inquiries.
  • Present risks, opportunities, and recommended actions with a strong point of view and supporting data.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

KEY OUTPUTS

  • A high‑performing partner ecosystem driving efficient, scalable customer acquisition.
  • Impeccable governance and compliance across all affiliate operations.
  • KPI and compensation frameworks that guide smart commercial decision‑making.
  • Clear identification and escalation of risks, opportunities, and required pivots.
  • Consistent, structured, leadership‑ready communication.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing economics and affiliate partner mechanics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategy.
  • Proven ownership mindset, operational precision, and ability to manage complex relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially with executives.
  • High bias for action and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership growth roles.
  • Experience managing a large affiliate portfolio, ideally in regulated or high‑stakes environments.
  • Gaming experience preferred (sports betting or iCasino); adjacent high‑volume affiliate ecosystems considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
