We're hiring an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our Tampa team. Diagnose and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair major home appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, window AC units)
Install replacement parts and complete quality repairs efficiently
Follow company CDA procedures to minimize repeat repairs and control costs
Maintain accurate parts inventory tracking and process timely returns for proper credits
Account for customer-owned and store-stock units
Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, cell phone, and laptop
