Service residential customers throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri
Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, and more
Perform inspections and component testing to identify root causes
Replace defective parts and restore appliances to proper working order
Clearly explain repair needs and costs to customers
Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory
Follow safety standards and local codes
Deliver professional customer service and educate homeowners on proper appliance care

2+ years of appliance repair experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across common residential appliances
Proficiency with standard repair tools and service technology
Solid understanding of safety procedures and repair regulations
Strong communication and customer service skills
