As an Appointment Setter, you will be the friendly first point of contact for potential customers at local retail locations and community spaces.
You will be assigned to a major retail store near your area where you will start conversations with shoppers, introduce them to Angel Water’s solutions, and schedule free in-home water tests. This role combines customer engagement with light administrative work such as tracking leads and scheduling appointments. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people and helping customers discover helpful solutions for their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in friendly, face-to-face conversations about the benefits of cleaner water, including health, convenience, and reducing bottled water use.
Ask simple qualifying questions to understand customer needs and schedule appointments for free in-home water tests.
Represent Angel Water’s values of integrity, customer care, and sustainability while creating positive interactions with shoppers.
Use a tablet to schedule appointments, track leads, and manage customer information.
Answer questions about water quality solutions and provide helpful information about Angel Water products and services.
Maintain a professional and approachable presence throughout your shift.
Service areas around Palatine, Illinois, and surrounding communities

Pay: $16–$19 per hour base pay based on experience, plus bonus/SPIF, walked leads bonus, and closed system bonuses bringing the total team average earnings to $20-$25 per hour.
Bonuses & Perks: Quarterly bonuses typically range from $125–$990, along with weekly gift card incentives for reaching goals.
Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities available with weekend-focused hours and required weekend availability. Potential rest days may include Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday depending on schedule.
