The primary role of the assistant manager at Chaar is to maintain high levels of sales and customer engagement, both individually, and part of the store team. Additionally, the assistant manager may be involved in all other aspects of running the store and helping customers and staff as needed.
Our ideal Assistant Manager is outgoing, ambitious in nature, detail oriented, and determined to create the best shopping experience for our customers. They are organized and adept at time management skills. Prior retail experience in sales and customer service is required. This is not a remote work position.
