Job Description

Johnny Pistolas is looking for a dependable, organized, and hospitality-driven Bar Lead to help oversee day-to-day bar operations. This role is designed for someone who excels at training, communication, and keeping systems consistent.

Responsibilities:

• Support the bar program and ensure consistent execution of all drinks

• Train, coach, and mentor bartenders and barbacks on standards and procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures

• Collaborate with management to maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering

• Monitor service quality to ensure fast, friendly, and consistent guest experience

• Uphold compliance with all safety and alcohol service guidelines

• Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bar experience, including leadership or shift lead responsibilities

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to consistency

• Ability to manage a busy bar environment with a calm and supportive approach

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory procedures

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
