Scope of Work

As a Bartender, you’ll be a key contributor to both the guest experience and the evolution of our bar program. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing drinks with consistency, precision, and respect for ingredients.
• Memorizing and executing a menu that balances creativity with a foundation in classics.
• Delivering thoughtful, attentive service that anticipates guest needs.
• Upholding the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the bar.
• Engaging with guests and contributing to an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.

Experience Required

• At least 3–4 years of bartending experience in an environment where quality and consistency are prioritized.
• A proven ability to balance speed, attention to detail, and guest interaction in a busy setting.
