Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and influence within the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft cohesive brand messages across various channels.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to report back to the management team on brand positioning and competitive insights.
• Manage social media profiles and presence, including the scheduling and posting of engaging content and monitoring user engagement.
• Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, working closely with sales and other departments to refine marketing messages.
• Prepare detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and other branding efforts, proposing adjustments to strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the marketing department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
