Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for converting leads into satisfied customers? Join our team as a Call Center Agent specializing in window and door sales! We're seeking dynamic individuals to engage with potential customers, enticing their interest in scheduling complimentary consultations for window and door pricing. We're looking for motivated individuals passionate about sales and customer satisfaction. If you have a strong work ethic, a desire to excel in sales, and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Taking inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Handling an average of 150 calls per day

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 2yrs of Call Center/Customer Service Experience
  • Prior Experience with High Volume of Inbound & Outbound Calls
  • Familiarity with Dual Computer Screens
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
