No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years. Accident: No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years. Terminations: Terminations within the last year are a DQ Felonies and Misdemeanors: No Felonies in the past 7 years. No more than 2 misdemeanors in the past 7 years. DUI/DWI: DUI/DWI less than 5 years does not qualify. No more than 2 DUI’s in a lifetime.
