Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Come work for one of the top commercial ROOFING contractors in the Carolinas. They want big picture team members who can collaborate on multiple jobs.

Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties * Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures * Review estimates with management and scope of work * Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More * Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget * Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc * Make site visits and make sure work is being completed per specs

Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required

Minimum of 5 years experience in the supervision and installation of ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS
Strong computer skills are required along with strong organizational skills and job tracking abilities
We are looking for those with proven leadership and the ability to manage teams
Ability to read, understand and interpret construction drawings
Conduct and participate in safety meetings.
Participate in manufacturer inspections
A valid driver's license
Must be team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, hardworking individual, who can handle changing priorities and multiple tasks
Ensure Safety-Walk, Quality Walk, and Production (Daily completion of QC/QA forms)
