Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of strategic thinking, craft, and execution.
Partner with executive leadership on agency strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives.
7+ years of progressive creative leadership experience within a brand or creative agency environment, ideally working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetic brands.
Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams and freelance networks.
Award-winning portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across premium brands and multiple platforms.
Strong business acumen, including experience with client retention, new business development, and resource management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire clients and teams.
Deep understanding of integrated campaigns, emerging technologies, and evolving creative trends.
