Position: Data Analyst
Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision making for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain data systems and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with team members to implement changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
