What You'll Do • Organize and coordinate island exploration activities for our international team of interns • Plan and execute hiking adventures and waterfall jumping excursions across Bali's stunning landscapes • Coordinate trips and cultural excursions that immerse our team in Indonesian culture and natural beauty • Design and host personal development workshops and team-building activities • Organize business and entrepreneurship focused events, including speaker sessions and networking gatherings • Plan and execute AI and technology focused workshops and learning experiences • Manage event logistics, including transportation, safety protocols, and activity coordination • Create memorable experiences that foster community building and professional growth
Required Skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating diverse groups • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box • Interest in adventure activities, cultural exploration, and team building • Basic understanding of event planning principles and safety considerations • Enthusiasm for creating engaging experiences that combine fun with learning
