Ready to build and lead from a market leading hub? Morgan Latif has launched in Austin, Texas.

We are seeking a Client-Facing Executive or Principal-level Consultant to join as Employee #6 and lead the charge in building our flagship U.S. presence. 90% of our Mandates are retained, we have had 100% YOY growth in our US Revenue since 2022 and it now makes up 40% of our Company's revenue.

The Role:

As a key member of our founding Austin team, your primary focus will be on strategic business development and client growth. You will leverage our established EMEA client base to unlock and lead U.S.-based opportunities, while also building new, retained partnerships with top-tier clients in one of our sectors (Packaging, Chemicals, Industrial Technology, and Consumer Technology) for C-suite and senior leadership mandates (Commercial, Supply Chain, OPEX, Procurement).

Get in at the ground floor as employee number 6 we are looking to add an additional 4 heads to the office this year. As a foundational team member, you will have:

Founder-Led Growth:  Work directly with company leadership to shape strategy and culture, with a clear path to equity and partnership.

Best of Both Worlds: Build something new with the security, global brand and dedicated delivery support of a proven business behind you. Our dedicated Commercial Ops function provides backbone support in research, market mapping, and process coordination, allowing you to concentrate on high-value strategic conversations.
Role Clarity : You focus on Business Development and once a mandate is secured, you will partner closely with our experienced Candidate Facing Consultants who own search execution and market mapping, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent client communication.
