University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide exceptional in-home nursing care to our patients in Livonia, MI. This role involves delivering personalized health care services in a home setting, promoting patient comfort, recovery, and independence. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
Provide wound care, injections, catheter care, and other clinical services as needed.
Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Valid RN license to practice in Michigan.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or related field.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within the Livonia area.
Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
