What Will I Be Doing?
The Hotel Manager role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in a high volume, group business hotel and brings both strategic vision and hands‑on operational excellence. The Hotel Manager serves as a key executive leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Hilton Baltimore. This role partners closely with the General Manager to uphold brand excellence, operational integrity, and financial performance—while cultivating a culture of service, engagement, and distinction. You will lead with presence and purpose, ensuring operational excellence across all departments, while inspiring teams to consistently exceed guest expectations and financial objectives.
