Immigration Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 3 7 years of experience to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful in-office collaboration.

In this role, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of business immigration matters from start to finish
• Prepare, review, and file a wide range of employment-based petitions and visa applications
• Advise clients on complex immigration strategies, compliance considerations, and long-term planning
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive support letters and legal briefs
• Communicate directly with investors, corporate clients, executives, and individual beneficiaries
• Stay current with evolving immigration regulations and policy updates

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of legal accuracy, responsiveness, and strategic

What We're Looking For:

• 3 7 years of experience in business immigration
• Proven experience handling a variety of employment-based and investor visa matters
• Strong understanding of immigration compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EB-5 investor petitions is highly desirable
• Familiarity with EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions is a plus
• Active Bar membership in good standing
