Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support talent acquisition initiatives for a manufacturing environment in Camuy, PR. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an early-career Human Resources professional who enjoys connecting with people, coordinating hiring activity, and helping build strong teams.

The Junior Recruiter will play an important role in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the HR and recruiting field while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with supportive leadership, structured processes, and exposure to full-cycle recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Post job openings on internal and external platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical and behavioral qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend job offers in accordance with established company policies.
- Support onboarding, new hire orientation, recruitment events, and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment, hiring, and training records in HR systems.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $12 to $13.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Benefits: Provided.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR or recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR information systems.
- Strong candidate service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with applicants and hiring teams.
