Pay: $28 to $35 per hour based on experience and certifications
Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
Schedule: Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 AM with a minimum 40-hour workweek
Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 40
Company vehicle provided for field work
Consistent full-time work across Indiana projects
Based out of Frankfort, Indiana with travel to job sites throughout the state

Lead field crews on petroleum infrastructure and environmental service projects in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding areas
Perform and oversee underground storage tank installation, removal, and system upgrades
Complete cathodic protection work and verify installations meet required specifications
Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew schedules to keep projects on track
Communicate with inspectors, customers, and internal teams to support project timelines
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and environmental compliance requirements
Travel to job sites throughout Indiana as part of regular field operations

Valid ICC State Certifications preferred:
U1 Underground Storage Tank Installation and Retrofitting
U2 Underground Storage Tank Decommissioning
U4 Cathodic Protection
3 to 5 years of experience in petroleum field services, underground storage tank work, or related construction trades
Experience leading crews and managing job site operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel to job sites throughout Indiana
Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental compliance standards
