Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential residents during property tours, showcasing amenities and units to maximize interest and drive lease signings.
• Guide prospective tenants through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to lease signing.
• Stay informed about market trends, local competitors, and property features to effectively sell our communities.
• Address inquiries and respond to leads promptly through various channels—phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to boost occupancy rates and enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all leasing activities and update records in the property management system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with potential residents.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• A flexible schedule is necessary, including availability for weekend hours to conduct showings and open houses.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in managing applications and lease agreements.
