Manufacturing, Molding Machine Operator Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.07 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Operate various molding equipment to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing setting. 
• Operate manual and automatic hydraulic heating and cooling molding equipment.
• Monitor and verify molding temperature and pressure per specifications.
• Select, assemble, disassemble, operate, and clean mold parts according to procedures.
• Operate and utilize selected manual powered industrial lift carts/vehicles to transport materials.
• Accurately locate, pick, and stage raw materials and in-process components.
• Weigh, mix, and process dry ingredients for core material matrixes in accordance with manufacturing orders and procedures.
• Read and interpret the Phenolic Core Molding Characteristics chart to ensure quality production.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Complete core work sheets and other necessary documentation

Manufacturing, Molding Machine Operator Operator Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand 10-hour shift
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Follow all safety compliance
• Wear required PPE in addition to safety-toed or steel-toed boots
• Previous relatable experience required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
