Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and brand storytelling? Tortoise Supper Club is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in person at our Chicago location.

This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience managing both operational systems and brand marketing inside a highly reviewed, owner-operated restaurant.

You will work directly with ownership and leadership in a collaborative office setting, gaining exposure to private dining execution, guest engagement strategy, and digital platform management.

• Hands-on marketing execution experience

• Exposure to private event sales and hospitality operations

• Direct collaboration with restaurant ownership

• Portfolio-building experience in digital marketing

• Real-time brand voice development

Marketing Execution

• Develop newsletters via Constant Contact

• Update promotions and events in Tock

• Maintain menus in InDesign / Adobe Suite

• Manage in-house marketing displays (Menu Box, chalkboard)

• Provide marketing updates to leadership

• Oversee seasonal decor initiatives

Digital Presence & Community Engagement

• Manage Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, SinglePlatform, and Google My Business

• Respond to guest reviews and online engagement

• Monitor social media trends

• Support brand visibility strategies

• Manage marketing inbox

Private Dining & Administrative Support

• Support private event execution

• Print and distribute Chef BEOs

• Assist in creating private dining materials

• Provide general administrative support

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Interest in hospitality marketing

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

• Familiarity with Constant Contact, Tock, and Google My Business preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to embrace and represent a defined brand voice

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Location: 350 N State Street, Chicago, IL 60654
Schedule: 15 hours per week (primarily weekday daytime; some holidays/weekends as needed)
Compensation: $25.00 – $27.50 per hour
Start Date: Flexible (March 17, 2025)
