A Harley-Davidson Senior Sales Consultant drives dealership revenue by delivering premium, expert-level sales experiences, focusing on high-volume motorcycle sales, customer relationship management, and mentorship . They require 2–3+ years of experience, deep product knowledge (motorcycle endorsement preferred), and strong, proven closing skills to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Proactively sell new and used motorcycles, achieving assigned sales quotas and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Customer Experience: Guide customers through the buying process, including needs assessment, feature demonstration, demo rides, and delivering the bike as an "event".
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and generate referrals.
• Product Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, accessories, and MotorClothes.
• Team Leadership: Act as a role model and mentor to junior sales staff, sometimes assisting with training or sales techniques.
• Cross-Selling: Collaborate with Finance & Insurance (F&I), Parts, and Service departments to ensure a complete customer solution.
• Dealership Support: Participate in events, demo days, and maintain showroom appearance.
