Salary: $77,584 - 87,173 per year Requirements:

• We require post-secondary education in Networking, Telecommunications, or Electronics.
• We are looking for proven experience in telecom or networking environments.
• We need strong technical troubleshooting skills for networking and broader IT issues.
• We require excellent customer service, active listening, and clear verbal and written communication.
• We value strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a logical approach to diagnostics.
• We require a solid understanding of TCP/IP, VoIP, IPTV multicast, and QoS.
• We need a valid G-class drivers licence with a clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed.
• We prefer candidates with industry certifications such as Juniper JNCIA or Cisco CCNA, or higher.
• We consider Unix/Linux and Windows systems administration experience an asset.
• We value familiarity with FTTH, DSL, and Adtran hardware.
• We prefer knowledge of Metaswitch or similar voice switching platforms.
• We consider experience with LTE, HSPA, and related cellular technologies an advantage.
• We value experience using SNMP and network monitoring tools.
• We consider hands-on experience with -48VDC telecom power systems a plus.

• We support Tier 3 IT tickets and, when needed, lead IT operational work such as preparing, installing, and upgrading laptops and PCs for our staff.

We are hiring a full-time, permanent Network Analyst for our Network Operations team. This is an in-office role based in one of our Wightman locations, with Hanover, Fergus, or Stratford available, and Hanover preferred. You will report to the Manager, Network Operations and play an essential part in maintaining and expanding our network infrastructure while supporting day-to-day operations and Tier 3 technical issues. The role includes occasional travel, limited field work, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. We offer an hourly pay range of $37.30 to $41.91, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
