About Us
Agape Pediatric Therapy , a therapist-owned outpatient pediatric clinic in Richland, WA, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our award-winning team. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
We have full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.
New to pediatrics? Don’t worry - we will train, mentor, and support the right OT who has a heart for helping children and families.
Agape provides Physical Therapy ( PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services for children of all ages and conditions living in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco). Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.

Qualifications
Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy license
Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA OT license
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat
Develop and train caregivers in home program
Maintain patient confidentiality
Document clearly and concisely
Collaborate across disciplines
Attend team meetings
Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
Support clinic culture and mission
