Join a successful State Farm independent contractor agency located in Edinburg, Texas. We are seeking an energetic, motivated professional to join our team and contribute to our growth by providing outstanding customer experiences and value-based insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-up.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with the agent to support local community events.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
• People-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Typing speed (like 40-60 WPM)
