Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operational and airport-based roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce gaps
• Conduct intake meetings and create effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking channels
• Organize and attend hiring events at domestic airport locations
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
• Provide hiring managers with timely updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress
• Track recruiting metrics, KPIs, and SLA performance
• Maintain accurate applicant records in ATS systems
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with vendors, RPO partners, Legal, Labor teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Assist with high-volume hiring initiatives and workforce planning activities
• Travel to recruiting events, including occasional weekend events

Skills:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience
• High-volume hiring experience
• LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing expertise
• Experience with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, or iCIMS
• Recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPI tracking

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
