We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Mom/Baby Nursing team . As a Registered Nurse on our Mom/Baby team , you play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate, and family-centered care to postpartum patients and their newborns. You will use your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support recovery, education, and bonding during this critical stage.
You will apply strong critical thinking and clinical judgment while serving as a clinician, teacher, leader, and advocate for both mother and baby. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members ensures every family receives high-quality, coordinated care aligned with the American Nurses Association standards , the Florida Nurse Practice Act , and our organizational mission and values.
Every interaction matters from recognizing the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient to educating and empowering families as they transition home. Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors' preferred.

Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.
License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
Other Requirements: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
