We’re seeking a talented and versatile creative marketer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and integrated marketing campaigns. This role blends graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation—giving you the opportunity to design across web, social, print, and video while helping drive engagement and brand awareness. You’ll serve as the steward of our visual identity, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all marketing efforts.

-Responsible for all graphic design, development, and design of all collateral for the organization.

-Manage all Saint Therese graphic and digital assets, including photography and videography.

-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms, and track success of digital marketing strategies.

-Manage social media marketing efforts.

-Provide website development, and all website edits for organization; manage and direct website vendor

-Design and print direct mail to follow brand standards and to optimize response rates through messaging and design.

-Ensure brand consistency across all channels and content including storage and accessibility of templates, logos, and colors.

-Supervise all vendor relationships for graphic design, digital and direct mail including managing costs to budget.

Minimum Requirements:

-3+ years’ related experience (graphic design, digital/social marketing, and/or marketing communication)

-Associates degree or higher in graphic design, digital marketing, mass communications, or related field, OR equivalent experience

-Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)

-Strong understanding of marketing and advertising strategy and how graphic design supports business objectives

-Experience with Microsoft Office in a PC-based work environment

-Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

-Experience using Canva

Pay Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience
