We are seeking a Senior Landscape Designer to lead high-end residential design-build projects with direct ownership of client engagement, design development, and project closure.
This is a hybrid design and sales role — not a pure design position. You will manage the complete project lifecycle from initial homeowner consultation through concept development, visual presentation, and signed contract, directly driving revenue and generating consistent backlog for installation crews. This role is best suited for a confident, client-facing designer who is comfortable selling, comfortable being measured on production, and motivated by the connection between their design work and tangible business results.
