Job Title: Social Media Manager (TikTok, Instagram Specialist)

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager with strong expertise to lead our short-form content strategy. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes InTikTok culture, understands viral trends, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing content.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content strategy aligned with brand goals
Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos
Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and challenges, and adapt them for brand use
Manage content calendar and posting schedule
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community
Collaborate with marketing, design, and influencer teams
Identify and coordinate with creators and influencers
Proven experience managing multiple accounts (brand or personal with strong growth)
Strong understanding of social algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling and visual content
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience running social ad campaigns
Familiarity with other platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok)
Background in marketing, communications, or related field
