Minimum Experience Six (6) years of experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in a relevant area of law. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: Transportation industry experience, with legal expertise in environmental law (e.g., RCRA, CERCLA), sustainability, industrial hygiene and/or OSHA. Ability to conduct legal/technical review of sampling data and results, and effectively communicate with SMEs and Leadership to ensure compliance.
