Randstad is supporting a client who is looking for a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Data Migration Analyst to join a critical back-office team. This isn't just a "data entry" role, they are looking for someone who can look at a process, find a more efficient way to do it, and implement it.
If you are a self-starter who prefers deep technical work over client-facing meetings, this is the role for you.
salary: $18.79 - $18.8 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- You will support data-driven decision-making processes, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior analyst's .
- You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
- Primarily work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through complex analysis and 'big picture' thinking.
- Apply appropriate techniques, e.g. exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, etc.
- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
- Work with other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Use various data mining techniques and methodologies to produce analytical solutions required to assist business stakeholders.
