# Job Title: Social Media Virtual Assistant

## Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Virtual Assistant with **at least 4 years of hands-on experience** managing social media accounts for businesses or personal brands. The ideal candidate is experienced in content creation, social media strategy, community management, analytics, and short-form video editing. You should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of growing brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
## Key Responsibilities
### Social Media Management
* Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
* Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
* Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
### Content Creation
* Design engaging graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Edit short-form videos and reels for social media.
* Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
* Create carousels, stories, reels, and promotional content.
### Community Management
* Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
* Respond to followers promptly and professionally.
* Engage with target audiences to increase visibility and brand loyalty.
* Escalate customer concerns when necessary.
### Content Planning
* Create and manage monthly content calendars.
* Plan campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content.
* Coordinate with internal teams for content approvals.
### Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Recommend improvements based on analytics and trends.
* Track follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversions.
### Trend Monitoring
* Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Identify opportunities to increase engagement through trending content.
* Research competitors and industry trends.
## Requirements
* **Minimum of 4 years of professional experience** as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Virtual Assistant.
* Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Experience creating reels and short-form video content.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience running paid social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
* Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
* Experience supporting coaches, entrepreneurs, or service-based businesses.
* Experience with influencer outreach and community building.
