We are excited to announce the opening of a new Cold Stone Creamery & Wetzel's Pretzels (similar to Auntie Anne's).

We are currently hiring Store Crew Members and Store Managers . Candidates with prior hands-on experience in similar food service environments are strongly preferred and will have an added advantage.

Store Manager

Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards for both concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily store operations for both brands
• Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements
• Monitor product quality and presentation

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise crew members
• Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals
• Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent guest experience at all times
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a positive and energetic store environment

Sales & Financial Management

• Monitor daily sales and drive revenue growth
• Control food costs, labor costs, and waste
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting
• Track inventory and place supply orders
• Opening & Closing Oversight
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Protect company assets and ensure store security

Qualifications

• Previous food service or retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management

Wetzel’s specializes in fresh-baked soft pretzels made daily in store. The menu includes a variety of flavors and styles
Original Pretzel, Salt/Cheese/Cinnamon Pretzel, Pepperoni Pretzel, Jalaron – pepperoni + jalapeño on pretzel, Bitz (Salt, Pepperoni, Cinnamon, Cheese), Cheese Dog, Wetzel Dog, Mozzarella Stickz, Fresh Lemonade, Frozen Lemonade & Granita and DIPS
