Summer Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)
Seasonal Position Through August

Lake Forest Country Club is looking for a creative, outgoing, and energetic Summer Social Media Coordinator to help showcase everything happening around the club this summer!

This is a part-time, hourly position ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, capturing events, and bringing a fun, personable energy to social media.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post content for Instagram and Facebook
• Capture photos and videos during club events and daily activities
• Create engaging reels and short-form videos
• Design flyers and promotional graphics using Canva
• Help promote club events, dining specials, golf, pool activities, and member experiences
• Work with management to maintain a consistent and professional club image online

Qualifications:

• Experience managing or posting on Instagram and Facebook
• Comfortable creating reels, stories, videos, and Canva graphics
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Friendly, personable, and professional energy
• Flexible schedule required, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with members and guests

Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and photography techniques for content creation purposes.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
