TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (MT) to conduct laboratory testing, ensure accurate and timely reporting of results, and support quality assurance protocols. This position is primarily structured for travel assignments , ideal for professionals who enjoy working in varied clinical environments while exploring new regions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across multiple disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.).
  • Collect, label, and process specimens accurately according to protocols.
  • Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure precision.
  • Evaluate test results and consult with healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Adhere to laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Transition smoothly between different healthcare facilities and teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
  • ASCP certification (or equivalent) required; state licensure as applicable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist preferred.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality control.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing and able to accept travel assignments across the U.S.
