Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across multiple disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.).
  • Collect, label, and process specimens accurately according to protocols.
  • Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure precision.
  • Evaluate test results and consult with healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Adhere to laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Transition smoothly between different healthcare facilities and teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
  • ASCP certification (or equivalent) required; state licensure as applicable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist preferred.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality control.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willing and able to accept travel assignments across the U.S.
