Job Requirements:
Must have valid state issue identification
Own reliable transportation
Clean criminal background
Open to traveling for work
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
Able to work on ladders and scaffolding
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing surfaces for waterproofing applications
Help apply waterproof coatings, sealants, and membranes
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Support experienced waterproofers as needed
