JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, break down, clean and sanitize bar outlets.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

1. Clean various bars as assigned or according to rotating schedule.
2. Clean service stations, including drains, counters, dispensing guns, ice bins, boots and speed racks.
3. Replace and stock bag in the box (BIB) as required for beverage operations.
4. Responsible for dispersing glassware to proper bars and outlets.
5. Clean and maintain equipment, including soda nozzles, coffee machine, trash cans, coolers and cabinets.
6. Maintain stockroom cleanliness, including cleaning all shelves.
7. Maintain par levels by using par list and delivering to warehouse.
8. Clean glass washer and drains.
9. Assist in major breakdown and re-assembly of bar's stock and setup.
10. Assist beverage staff with various tasks as needed, and provide bartenders with needed items.
11. Observes Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper temperature, and cleanliness of work environment.
12. Uses and maintains all assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe and effective manner.
13. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
14. Abide by the Appearance Standard set forth for the department.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to obtain a valid Missouri Gaming License
  • Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality.
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.


These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 6 months experience directly related to the accountabilities specified or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
