Job Description

We offer Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) from your first day, optional health, dental and vision coverage (This will be discussed more in person), 401K after a 3 month eligibility window and a mentoring program to cross train in a management related field and potentially be nominated for DSP Ownership to start your own small business.

Our Delivery Drivers start at $24.00/hour - Raises TBD every 6 months

We are currently hiring for Sunday to Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday, Thursday-Sunday, Friday to Monday or any 4 day combination that includes at least 1 weekend day. Your 8-10hr shift will start around 11:00am . If you are a nite owl who likes sleeping in, then this is the job for you. FT is 4 days a week. PT is 3 days a week.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lakewood, WA 98439: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Mid-Shift 11am-9pm (Preferred)

Qualifications

We look for the following in our candidates:

1 -Must be 21 or older at time of employment and possess a positive, customer-first attitude.

2 -Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (marijuana / THC is okay).

3 -Have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (no at-fault accidents).

4 -100 % Reliable: Report to Work on Time, Every Day.

5 -Able to lift 50 lbs. and willing to work in all types of weather.

6 - Work independently, possess problem solving skills and be trustworthy, requiring little to no micro-management.

Additional Information

The interview location is at Amazon Delivery Station DSW5, 14802 Spring St SW, Lakewood, WA 98439. 

Please go to the Associate Entrance on the southeast corner of the building. The entrance to parking for that entrance is off of 150th St SW. Google Maps and other navigation tools may try to take you to an entrance on the north side of the building. That is not correct, you must enter off of 150th St. SW.
