Industrial Maintenance Technician
$30+ Based on Experience
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and machinery
Inspect buildings and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, panels, and basic controls
Service HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems to ensure full functionality
Support fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG), and light machining as required
Assist with general facility upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and outdoor maintenance as assigned
