Patient Care Coordinator

Angel Animal Hospital is looking for an outgoing, compassionate, and confident Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a client-facing role focused on guiding pet owners through care options, strengthening relationships, and ensuring every patient gets the care they need and advocating for the best outcomes for their pets.

Our newly remodeled hospital features both traditional veterinary medicine and integrative care , including acupuncture, chiropractic services, and advanced therapies — giving you the opportunity to support truly comprehensive patient care.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients through genuine conversations
• Guide pet owners through treatment plans and care options
• Help clients understand the value of recommended care
• Work alongside doctors and technicians to ensure a seamless experience
• Support follow-ups and ongoing client communication
• Be a calm, confident resource during decision-making moments

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people
• Empathetic, honest — no high-pressure approach
• Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Passion for helping others and advocating for patient care

(Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required)

Compensation & Growth

• $15/hour during training
• Transition to production-based compensation after training
• Ongoing training and mentorship
